We are currently looking to recruit temporary relief staff to work at our Barnes Day Nursery and Preschool. Our Nursery is absolutely beautiful and has a hardworking permanent staffing team.

"Our nursery setting is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30, for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We offer a warm, welcoming environment supporting the transition from home to nursery and we provide excellent nutritionally-balanced menus using fresh ingredients prepared by our own chef. We are proud to offer our unique growing programmes as well as extra-curricular activities including Theatrebugs and Les Coccinelles French classes. There is a large external play area with a beach feature and plenty of space for the children to explore and play."

The role of a relief Nursery Assistant is to support the nursery in cases of staff holidays or staffing gaps to work alongside the existing nursery team. The rates of pay will vary depending on if you are a qualified Nursery Nurse or an Unqualified Nursery Assistant.

The role of relief staff is a flexible one and your hours will vary based on when you are free to work and those that are required by the nursery, this role is ideal for anyone who feels at this time they are unable to commit to a permanent role but desires flexible working hours.

Because of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
