KS2 Year 5 Teacher, Haringey, London – January 2019 start

£150-£220 daily rate (depending on experience) - possible perm contract opportunity

Are you a qualified, newly qualified or overseas trained teacher? Nurture Education are assisting an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ two-form entry school in Haringey, North London with a Year 5 teaching opportunity which has a smaller than average class size. The school is looking for candidates who are seeking career progression and are willing to grow with the school on a long term/permanent position.

This two-form entry primary school is located in a leafy part of North London. The school has a committed and established senior leadership team. There is a real community feel and welcoming vibe at this school. The staff are supportive and committed to achieving high results. The vacancy comes as the current teacher is an overseas trained teacher returning home. The smaller class has two 1:1 SEN assistants who are greatly supportive.

Person Specification – KS2 Year 5 Teacher - Haringey, London

The successful applicant will be a qualified teacher and can be a newly qualified teacher (NQT) or an experienced OTT teacher. If you are an NQT, this could be an excellent opportunity as the school have a strong record of assisting NQTs with their induction year.

You must be an excellent communicator, have high expectations for pupil achievement, willingness to professionally develop and high motivation to take a lead.

Successful applicants will be subject to references and an up to date DBS, registered with the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new DBS.
