This individual has a proven background in sales and understands that sales at this level is relationship driven rather than transactional. Can you show sales success that resulted from hard work, diligence, attention to detail, building trust, being dependable and always maintaining a positive outlook and customer friendly demeanour? Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Utilising a well-developed database of UK hedge funds and financial institution to pursue and win new opportunities for the Fixed Income, Equities and FX businesses. • Provide market leading levels of customer service whilst providing securities financing/securities lending products, such as repo transactions/financing solutions (short & long term) • Coordinate with internal business lines to support client requirements & requests • Produce regular efficiency analytics including trading costs/profit reports The ideal candidate must possess: • A track record of sales with hedge funds and asset managers • Exceptional communication skills • Highly motivated, hard working and diligent • Approachable, consistent and engaging personality • Knowledge of the hedge fund and asset management industry (possibly from selling data, software or other products and services into this space) • Ability to navigate a large investment bank to obtain and deliver the appropriate products and services to clients of the prime brokerage desk. • Strong product knowledge covering equities, fixed income and FX. • Technically proficient with Excel, Bloomberg, and pricing tools, Word, and PowerPoint
