Accommodation Manager



Job Responsibilities

Managing and motivating your accommodation supervisors and their teams
Helping your supervisors to resolve guest issues in a way that makes everyone feel good
Working together with the Guest Experience Manager and other managers in the park to ensure things run smoothly between departments for the common goal of making sure guests have a great holiday.
Managing all aspects of recruitment for your team and keeping staff turnover low
Managing and controlling your budgets to get the most out of them
Leading by example; getting stuck in when you need to but delegating to give your team opportunities to shine

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We’ll provide training, but you must:

Have management experience in a practical, time-pressured environment
Have a leadership style that is open, approachable but that commands respect
Be able to plan and organise the workload, training and management of a large team
Previous Accommodation Manager experience in a holiday park
