Finance Business Partner - Controlling - Full-Time - Wimbledon, South West London

Our Head Office Controlling Department is looking for a proactive, analytical, management accounting professional to join our team and partner with internal stakeholders across the business locally and internationally.
The Controlling Department provides support to the executive management and operational departments with relevant key performance indicators for targeted management of all business processes within the company. Please note: this is a Business Partner position but your contractual job title would be "Senior Consultant" in line with our internal role structures.

What will you do?

•Manage and help develop a small team of Business Partners / Junior Business Partners
•Act as a Business partner for national departments and contact person for international departments
•Supporting executive management and operational departments
•Monitoring and analysing KPI's, thereby identifying risks, errors, problems and improvement opportunities
•Manipulating and interpreting large sets of business data using the Business Intelligence Software
•Designing advanced reports and tools used by various areas in the business that would help improving decision making and the performance of the business
•Creating country-specific reports
•Planning key indicators
•Monitoring detailed P&L analysis
•Conducting quality assurance of systems
•Developing and analysing audited areas
•Implementing international standards
•Assisting in projects relevant to Controlling and managing independent projects without direct reports

What will you need?

•Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
•German language speaking skills (preferred)
•Solid Management Accounting and Financial Reporting experience
•Demonstrable experience of managing and developing a team is a must
•Previous experience working with departments outside of Finance and managing stakeholders
•A proven aptitude for data analysis
•Advanced Excel and VBA skills
•Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results
•A self-motivated and proactive individual with a can-do attitude
•Ability to work on projects and solve problems independently
•An innovator rather than an administrator who is able to deliver the final product in a quality fashion
