Our client, a leading business based in Colchester are looking to recruit new members of their team in their accounts function. They are looking with someone who has strong reconciliation and debt management skills. Based within the heart of the Colchester town centre, this company will allow you to progress throughout and have a track record of progressing 50% of their staff. Full training will be provided.

Key Duties:

* Ensuring that payments are being processed within a timely manner after claims handler authorisation.

* On a daily basis ensure that client bank accounts are reconciled to Excel cashbooks

* Inform handlers of when payments are made

* Check remittances are sent out to recipients of payments.

* If funds reach critical levels, inform the line manager

* Upload payments on both the claims management system and online banking.

The successful candidate will need to have strong reconciliation and Excel skills. You must have the ability to work to tight deadlines to ensure client demands are met. A basic understanding of insurance claims management would be beneficial but not essential
