Are you looking for a Diverse and Challenging role? If you have the required experience we have the role. Our client is an established engineering manufacturing company based in Farnborough who are actively recruiting a talented individual to manage their Purchasing / Logistics and provide Office Administrative Support.
The position will have a variety of functions covering the following areas of the business including
• Purchasing components and materials.
• Processing purchase orders / returns
• Source supplier, Negotiate terms, pricing and lead times.
• Liaise with manufacturing to forecast material requirements.
• Goods in and Stock control
• Managing Bills of Materials from manufacturing and components for production.
• Keep stores and packing areas tidy and organised.
• Office Support
• Maintaining equipment, stationary supplies
• Answering calls, take message etc
• Welcome visitors on arrival.
For this challenging role you will need to have a strong background within a technical manufacturing environment with strong components purchasing experience. MS applications including Excel, SAGE (Essential), Excellent communicator verbally and in writing, Able to build strong relationships with suppliers
