Senior Wealth Management Administrator

Location: Swindon

Working as part of the team at Jamie Lewington & Co.Ltd who are an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Specialist to work for a Partner Practice. You will be part of a fast paced team, helping to collate information for the business. You will be employed by the Practice.

St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base. SJP has funds under management in excess of £90bn.

This business is well established and highly successful.

The Role – Senior Wealth Management Administrator

Your role is to provide a full and high level of technical and administrative support to the Clients and Advisers of the Practice.

Specifically your role with involve:

* Dealing with client queries

* Preparing client files in preparation for meetings

* Submitting business via the various internal systems and managing the pipeline to ensure cases are issued

* Manage and resolve technical queries

* Liaising with clients, other areas within St. James’s Place and third parties

* Managing your own workflow to ensure tasks are completed within a timely fashion

* Writing letters for clients and providers

* Providing technical support to the team

Full training on the relevant systems and processes will be provided.

The Person – Senior Wealth Management Administrator

To be considered as a Client Services Specialist, you will need:

* Proven work experience within the financial services sector. Pensions admin experiences would be extremely advantageous

* Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships

* Excellent attention to detail

* Superb client services skills, ensuring the very best outcomes for your clients at all times

* Strong time management and planning skills

* Working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs.

* Ability to balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner

* The willingness to undertake personal development, including studying for professional qualifications

It is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
