Job Description
To assist the Supply Chain Manager (SCM) in the day to day management of the Stores Facility, providing hands on Supervision to the stores on a daily basis.

Provide fast resolution to any stores related issues and support good level of communication throughout the Business. Raise standards in stores performance by developing staff competences and Continuous Improvement (CI) tools.

The role would include assisting the SCM with accurate recording of all employee absence, holiday recording and overtime when required.

Key Accountabilities
• Communicates Company goals, Safety practices and Deadlines to team.
• Motivates team members and assesses performance.
• Provides assistance to SCM and keeps SCM updated on team performance.
• Manages PI Process, Inventory, all necessary analysis and keeps detailed records of PI
• Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
• Daily/weekly completion of required company documentation
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
• Ensures company physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
• Communication with Suppliers & Customers regarding Delivery notes or invoice queries.
