My Client is a leading fashion company they are looking for an Allocator to join their growing team in head office.
Your role will be to ensure stock and sales are potentialised by ensuring the right stock is allocated to the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
 Accurately allocating stock to branches and/or web host to build ranges
 Maintenance of store grading and ensuring any store openings and closures are accounted for
 Timely allocation to websites ensuring each web host’s upload deadlines are met, including image and enrichment data
 Communicating daily with branches and responding to their needs and requests whilst building excellent relationships.
 Reviewing branch/web host sales data, identifying any opportunities to maximize sales and stock turn over.
 Updating and ensuring the accuracy of departmental spreadsheets and management reports.
 Undertake store visits, at managers request, to keep up to date and produce written reports to the line manager to include action points going forward
 Respond promptly and professionally to the requests of both internal and external customers
 Supporting the team by effectively managing the mark down administration.
 To support and maintain the integrity of the brand, through all procedures and communications, ensuring that all activity adds value.
 Adhere at all times to company policies and operating procedures.
 Act as an ambassador for the company in all communications
 Perform any additional duties deemed necessary and reasonable as instructed by a Senior Manager
