At Sofa Workshop we create hand-made, bespoke, luxury Sofas to order in England with an emphasis on quality product and quality service. We are proud to consistently create the dream sofa for all of our customers.
We have an exciting new opportunity to work within our retail team at our Support Centre based in Godalming, to support the Head of Retail and to effectively keep the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* To Support the communication channels with stores and customers, gaining feedback with a view to identify improvement
* To maintain the Business Activity Plan and prioritise activity for stores based on store capacity and business need
* To support the Head of Retail Operations with communication, rhythms and routines for stores to support the delivery of the key performance objectives and compliance objectives
* Supporting store openings and improving the process for stores and the wider organisation
* To centre the customer at the heart of the wider organisation and own the management of NPS
* To monitor store compliance and maintain store process and keep relevant records up to date and in line with organisational requirements
* Work with the Regional Sales Managers and various functions of Support Centre to support the retail function and act as the voice of the customer in driving the business forward
* Manage retail project activity as required
* Acts as an advocate for the brand
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Retail/operational experience in an assisted sales business.
* Strong communication skills – verbal and written
* Strong excel skills
