My Client is a leading fashion Company who are seeking a buyers administrator
Administration
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries, upholding efficient communication at all times
• Word processing & spreadsheets
• Completing proposals and updating contractual information
• Maintenance of contact database
• Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
• Arranging meetings and taking notes
Sales Reporting
• Formal Weekly, monthly and annual reporting of concession performance
• Provision of sales analysis and performance reports as required by management
• Develop an understanding of the concession sales reports to assist management in making decisions.
General
• Working to deadlines
• Develop excellent working relationship with suppliers and stores.
• Set up of new products and barcodes on the system
• Promotional Communication
REQUIREMENTS
• Analytical with confidence working with figures.
• Good people skills & excellent communicator
• Ability to work alone and to deadline as and when required
• Good knowledge of excel
• Good administration skills
