Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced and patient Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Year 2 with some minor behaviour difficulties. The role is due to commence ASAP and will last until July 2019 with a view to being employed permanently. This role will be a full-time position working Monday - Friday. Your daily rate of pay will be £75.00 per day. Working hours will be 8:30am-16:00pm.

The Senior Leadership Team provide an environment that is safe and caring and supports children socially and academically as they grow and learn.

The Headteacher is looking for a Behaviour TA with the following attributes:
• Physical De-escalation trained (Team Teach, PRICE)
• An engaging practitioner
• Excellent communicator
• Good Literacy and Numeracy skills
• A patient and hardworking Teaching Assistant
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN isn’t a must but, does help

This role will require you to support a pupil in Year 2 who has minor behavioural difficulties. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and can build a strong relationship with the pupil who requires support. You will be supported by an experienced class teacher who has over 4 years’ experience working in Primary Schools so will be a fantastic role model for you.

The school is very easily accessible via the Northern Line allowing easy access to the school from South London. Regular buses pass the school from all areas of London.

The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas police Clearances and professional reference checks.
