Vehicle Maintenance / Halton / £90 - £140 per day / September 2018

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Vehicle Maintenance Teacher to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in a Pupil Referral Unit in Halton. This Vehicle Maintenance Teacher role will start immediately, will be full-time and the candidate will be required to teach Vehicle Maintenance at KS3 to KS4 level.

The desired Vehicle Maintenance Teacher must be passionate about building relationships with pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties, whereby a mainstream setting may have not been appropriate. The desired Teacher does not have to have experience of working within a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) setting, but must be comfortable in teaching to KS4.

This school was graded Good by Ofsted in its most recent inspection. The school is "a safe and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to reach their potential ."

To be considered for the position of Vehicle Maintenance Teacher you must:

Have experience teaching Vehicle Maintenance at KS4 Level (you could have a specialism in Electronics, Engineering or something else)

Have a passion for teaching pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
