Are you looking for a teaching role working with Early Years / Foundation Phase?

A lovely Nursery based in Mountain Ash is seeking an experienced Nursery teacher to start in October 2018. You will work closely with other Class Teachers to ensure the well-being of pupils during their time at school. You will be enthusiastic, have great interpersonal skills, enjoy taking the lead and working as part of a team. You will need to have at least 6 months proven experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage and be able to fully commit until the end of the academic year. When working within a Nursery, personal care plays a large role in being responsible for the pupils, therefore duties such as changing nappies, cleaning mess and toilet duties, should be expected.

You will be expected to:

* Organise the classroom and learning resources to create a safe and positive teaching environment for the young pupils.
* Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for the needs for all student ability ranges.
* Motivate pupils with enthusiasm, and imaginative presentations.
* Maintain discipline, with a firm but fair attitude.
* Meet requirements for assessments and record of pupils' development.

* Sound knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
