Our client based in Liverpool is looking for a Cashbook Assistant to help within one of their departments.

This role is on a temp basis for 2-3 months but possibly may go on longer.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

* Managing the cashbook
* Managing and reconciling the cashbook daily
* Matching, batching and coding of Sales Ledger invoices
* Recording and allocating payments
* Inputting invoices
* Administrative duties where applicable
* Taking customer calls and responding to customer queries
* Raise invoices
* Control of opening of new accounts

The skills and experience required for this role include, but is not limited to:

* Previous experience in using Cashbook software systems
* Previous experience in finance and admin roles
* Punctual
* Willing to learn
* Able to work as part of a team and individually
* Good level of customer service skills and the want to help others.
