If you have strong administration experience, working within financial services keep reading. I am looking for a Wealth Administrator for my client based just outside of Salisbury.

You will provide administrative support to the Financial Administration Team. Providing technical support and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in all business preparation and processing.

Duties, but not limited to:

* Answer incoming calls
* Processing information received from third party providers
* Process applications accurately and record the required management information;
* Letters of Authority
* Top Sheets for Pensions and Investment information
* Client Review Letters
* Withdrawals
* Switches
* Death Process
* Deed of Assignment Completion
* Stock Transfer form completion
* Transaction tracking and chasing
* Investor Returns
* Drawdown Review Letters
* New Business Suitability Letters
* Request Wealth Accounts and CV statements

Ideal Experience:

* Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or related sector; OR
* Previous Technical work within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
* Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislations
* Experience of client management systems (CMS)

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, offering a salary £21,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependant on skills and experience).
