The School

The school is a member of a cross-phased partnership of schools that leads CPD, Initial Teacher Training and School to School Support in the local area. NQTs are well supported and would benefit from a comprehensive induction year through an established NQT Programme.

The Role

The school is looking for either an established outstanding teacher or someone who has qualified in the summer of 2018 and has the potential to be outstanding. This position would suit someone with a passion for this subject and its vital role in the curriculum.

The successful candidate will

* have excellent qualifications and subject knowledge and be able to teach geography to GCSE level
* have good ICT skills and have good organisational and communication skills
* be passionate about realising the potential of all children
* be inspirational to students and colleagues in providing energy, enthusiasm and creativity to the role.
