We are seeking an exceptional person who has proven leadership and change management skills and who can inspire others. We support many young people who have experienced homelessness and you must be skilled at working with vulnerable and challenging young people. You will be responsible for building and developing a new staff team; implementing a detailed, thorough and ongoing staff training programme; and developing a support service so that all of our young people belong, contribute and thrive.
