This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as an Events Administrator, your main duties will include:•To provide administrative support to the Event Managers and exceed guest satisfaction making sure that planning, organisation & follow up of events had been successfully followed. •To maximise revenue in the small meeting rooms through corporate meetings, dinners and social parties.•To provide organisers/clients with verbal and written proposals. All proposals must be sent to the client within 24 hours; follow up calls are to be made within 3 days.•To communicate on a personal basis to all members of the Department and Hotel colleagues to make sure all details relating to functions including updates and changes are clearly understood.As an Events Administrator you will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
