The hotel has recently completed major renovations, which put The Principal Manchester centre-stage in our exciting plans as part of the launch a new, "urban lifestyle" hotel brand, including a destination restaurant and bar that we have created in partnership with some of the city's most respected restaurateurs.

Your day to day

Your key role is to ensure all guests receive the agreed high standard of service and guest care and that all hotel and company standards are maintained. Your responsibilities include ensuring that the Night Audit procedure is completed, that meeting rooms are set out as per instruction from the conference/F&B team and that regular security checks are carried out throughout the night using the correct data recorder on each patrol and noting any maintenance faults or observations on your daily checklist.

What we need from you

Previous front office experience is essential to be successful in this role. It would be preferable if you also had knowledge of Opera. You must be able to work in a fast paced challenging environment. A good command of the English language is essential.
