Experience delivering Management qualifications to senior managers? This opportunity will offer you the chance to work with senior leaders in a corporate environment across a single market.
The Role
The organisation delivers the CMI level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management, as a work-based assessor you will be working with your learners to coach and mentor them through the qualification and prepare them for the end point assessment. Your caseload will be around 35 learners, of which your learners will all be senior leaders within their organisations. More often than not, they will be working in corporate environments, but some will be more local SME based businesses. In terms of location, the organisation has demand across the South of England from Home counties and below, therefore your caseload will be designed to fit your location in order to minimise travel.
Managing your own diary, you will work closely with your learners both through face to face meetings, and providing online support and learning materials. Due to the size of the demand for the higher level programmes within this organisation, your caseload will solely consist of level 5 learners, giving you the opportunity to work with some very motivated and professional individuals, and you will be aiding an overall Group Wide strategy to upskill the work force.

The Company
Providing its own Apprenticeship provision, this employer offers an opportunity slightly different to that of an ITP, although much of the responsibilities will remain the same. You will be working for a group employer, that manages and delivers its own apprenticeship provision to the companies within the group. As the majority of the group is built up of various recruitment companies, the main area of apprenticeship provision is to service the Recruitment teams, with surrounding qualifications including customer service, business admin, sales, and more importantly for this role the Management programmes up to level 5. As a Level 5 assessor, you will be working with the senior leaders within the group who come from a range of different size businesses.

Is this for you?
Now as this is classed as a training role, there are a few requirements we need you to have in order to be considered for this position;

* To hold an Assessor’s qualification, and experience as an Assessor
* To be occupationally competent – by this we mean you must have managerial experience yourself to deliver to these individuals.
* To have experience of delivering Management programmes up to level 5, ideally to be qualified to that level also (CMI/ILM/ or equivalent)

There are a few other desirables, but the above are the essentials. On top of this, if you fancy a challenge that is slightly away from your normal assessor ITP role, then this could be a great step for you.
