Position: Regional Sales Manager - Medical Devices
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £45000 - £50000 per annum
Job type: Permanent

Principal responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the Midlands and North Western UK sales territory.

Ideal based around Oxfordshire area.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust commercial acumen, matched with a personal will to succeed, a strong work ethic, and a passion to be a part of building a business division from the ground upwards. Experience of operating in a multi-channel environment would be helpful.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed profitable individual & group sales and profit targets
A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector
Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of the product/services. Able to present/discuss the technology & clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers.
Maintain up to date market & competitor knowledge related to the product/solutions/services
Continuously update understanding of customers clinical and/or operational issues and challenges
Create viable product configurations meeting customer needs effectively, while achieving optimum margin
Differentiate Imaging Firsts product offering during each stage of the sales process
Promote Imaging First at industry congresses and workshops
Develop sales strategies to guarantee success and growth
Manage and document sales pipeline through disciplined use of CRM system.
Drive tender/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection quotation and closure of their sales opportunities to meet orders/sales/margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction.
Regular reporting of Sales Activity and Pipeline to line management

Education and Experience Requirements:
Proven record of successful selling in a medical, healthcare or technical field, ideally with capital equipment with associated consumables.
Valid Driving License (maximum 3 points)

Medical devices, help the sell, offer advice on what equipment they need to help their organisation.
