***Learning mentor role to start ASAP and September 2017
***C grade for GSCE Maths and English is a must for raising attainment
***Some previous experience of Youth work or SEN for learning mentor role
***Previous experience with PMLD and EBD will be a big advantage, necessary in such SEN Teaching Assistant roles. 2 roles working with KS1 and KS2 pupils with ASC and PMLD respectively
***£70-£75 per day for learning mentor role

Learning Mentor role in Sutton
-All 5 days a week, working with ASC and PMLD. If you have Speech and Language aspirations, there will be scope here to invest in that passion and shadow a Speech and Language Specialist
-Learning from the SENCo and fellow learning mentors, readying for your future career in Psychology or Health and Social Care
-Working closely with pupil's parents to ensure what is carried on at school is continued at home
-Understanding the pupil's EBD's requirements so he can stay in mainstream education
