Job Details:

Job overview / purpose:

Due to their record growth and expansion into new sectors, they are seeking to appoint a Marketing Support Apprentice to join their Manchester office.

The marketing apprentice role is a supportive role for the whole marketing team across a wide range of marketing channels and activities, including both offline and online marketing.

Main role: [will include but not be limited to]:

Start with a 13-15 month Digital Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Key roles and responsibilities:

Support the marketing department across all areas including but not limited to:

Campaign & Events support

Support with the coordination of ANS events (internal & external) Research event venues for both internal & external events Support the campaign & events manager on booking venues & arranging event logistics Liaise with suppliers to source promotional items for use in campaigns & events


Ensure the ANS database is maintained appropriately, tracking marketing attributes for each customer and target account in line with customer insights and preferences. Assist with updating leads & opportunities.


Assist with internal design projects inc branding of internal communications assets. Maintain the image and asset library for all ANS collateral

(Training will be provided on design packages inc AI & InDesign).

E-Mail & Direct Mail

Gain an understanding of ANS’s email system (HubSpot) and assist with the distribution of email marketing campaigns. Assist in the planning, distribution and follow up of direct mail campaigns

General Marketing

General administrative support to the wider marketing team

Desired qualities:

Knowledge of Microsoft office packages, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Flair for design Self-motivated and a team player Strong personality with clear communication and interpersonal skills Conscientious/driven Confident and professional Genuine interest in all aspects of marketing

Desired qualification requirements:

GCSE’s - minimum of 5 A-C grades, must inc. English & Maths AS or A-level qualifications or equivalent would be advantageous

Working week:

5 days per week,

Monday - Friday,

9am – 5:30pm,

37.5 hours a week, [all details will be confirmed with the employer]


£7,215 - £11,505 per annum


Clear salary increase upon progression through the Apprenticeship.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
