Our client, a leading Defence and Security organisation, urgently require an experienced Support Assistant to undertake a contract role based at their London office.
In order to be successful you will be an experienced administrator with excellent Excel and MS Office skills. You will also hold an SC Clearance and have excellent time management and people skills.
Within this exceptional role, you will:
· Provide support to core business, project and programme teams
· Provide administrative support to the business including; producing documentation, typing and coordinating departmental information
· Process travel bookings and car reservations
· Organise events when required and raise Purchase Orders
· Maintain and update records and file management
· Publish documentation to the business
· Support website design when required
