A VC backed start-up in the E-learning space are looking for a polished & intelligent SDR to join their team in London. They are not particular over your background - the key thing here is that you will be able to hit the ground running in a sales development role by having some familiarity with the B2B sales process and the drive to quickly progress your career. PACKAGE: £30k base + £10k commission

COMPANY INFORMATION

They sell a "Netflix style" platform allowing organisations to access a wide range of interactive, digital learning content. These courses can cover anything from Office365 training to GDPR regulations.
They have sold into the HR departments of large organisations including London City Airport and Toshiba.
They are a European, VC backed organisation who is rapidly expanding within the UK.

KEY EXPERIENCE

You will need to be a smart individual who has the desire to be successful in a sales role.
You will also need to have some familiarity with the B2B sales process - but could come from any background including IT, Recruitment or Commercial Sales etc.
You should also be comfortable with the idea of working in a small company who have a hypergrowth culture.

ROLE INFORMATION

New business role setting up meetings for senior team members to close sales of their E-learning solution.

This is an HR led sale, so you will be selling into departments including L&D and Head of Talent.

You will be expected to make at least 60 calls a day and book 25 meetings a month.

Flexibility to work from home once up and running.
