This is an opportunity for an experienced leader or senior sales person stepping up, to show off their skills in a start-up environment while having the safety of a successful corporation. Our client is a leader in the enterprise content and process management spaces with machine learning and intelligent automation elements at the core of their solutions. What they need is someone who can role their sleeves up and bring some know-how on selling to banking and other complex markets as they get stuck into some direct business, while growing and enabling an experienced team to do so as well. JOB TITLE: Head of Sales Europe
LOCATION: London
PACKAGE: up to £110k basic, £220k OTE

COMPANY INFORMATION

Global leader in the space, starting up in the Europe
Enterprise software for content management and business process optimisation
Established over 20 years
High turnover (but with lots to be proven in the UK and European market).

KEY EXPERIENCE

Could have been a VP or Director previously, or someone looking to make a step up
Sold a complex enterprise software solution previously (SaaS or on-prem)
A network within the banking space (would also consider healthcare or shared services)
Roll sleeves up and sell hands on, as well manage others
Someone who could help build a framework and grow the practice

ROLE INFORMATION

New business, quota carrying sales role first year

Some management/ directing of 2 existing channel sales people in London

Moving into less hands-on sales and more management as you grow the team

Full sales cycle management facing off with multiple stakeholders

Grow the team and scale your framework after winning some business
