Are you an experienced AV specialist looking to join a growing business and provide bespoke high-quality Audio Visual Systems? We have fantastic opportunity for an AV Technician to join our team and work with major corporate clients.

We are an Audio Visual Systems Integration company specialising in the design supply and installation of Audio Visual and video conferencing solutions. The company has grown significantly/ our company is small in size but has grown significantly over the last 5 years and has secured contracts with major corporate clients. Our mission is to delight our clients, working to forge long lasting and trusted partnerships through the implementation of cutting edge audio visual based technology.

As an AV Technician, you will be working on site as part of the team delivering AV solutions to both first fix (construction site) and second fix (finished premises) environment. You will also interact with clients as well as liaise with principal contracts and other trades.

AV Technician / AV Install Engineer Responsibilities will include:

+ Installing AV equipment such as Video monitors, conferencing equipment, Ceiling mounted Projectors, on wall/in-ceiling speakers, video walls, equipment racks etc.
+ Cable running, CatV, HDMI, co-ax, fiber etc,
+ Cable termination, RJ45, BNC, XLR, Jacks, Phono, RCA, D type, UHF/sat, VGA etc.
+ Preparation of equipment and tools to be delivered to site
+ Commissioning of equipment in conjunction with control system programmer

AV Technician / AV Install Engineer Main Skills and experience required:

+ Knowledge of AV switching and routing systems
+ Knowledge and understanding of analogue and digital audio systems including switching mixing and signal processing
+ Understanding of analogue and digital video standards and format including, HDBaseT, HDCP, EDID, 4k Video
+ Ability to Perform cable crimp and solder terminations on a variety of AV cables
+ Experience of construction sites and equipment mounting

The role holder will take pride in ensuring that all technical aspects of their work are delivered to the highest standards and will feel comfortable working and communicating with high end corporate clients. You will have a can do positive attitude with high level of attention to detail. Good time keeping is vital in this role as well as ability to plan and organise effectively.

The majority of your work will be situated in London but we also operate throughout the country, Europe and the rest of the world. Driving licence is preferred but not essential.
