Helpdesk Analyst

A City based (EC3) Fintech company with a revolutionary software product, set to change the Banking Industry, are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst to provide group wide front line technical support and trouble shooting. The role will provide an excellent basis for self development.

Role & Responsibilities:
·Provide 1st and some 2nd Line support covering a broad range of technologies
·Support approx. 80 - 100 users
·Responding to telephone and email incidents, queries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
·Operating in a flexible mode - being able to seamlessly switch between a telephone / desk side role as and when required
·Dealing with and communicating escalations accordingly
·Maintaining and growing relationships across the business

Essential Skills & Experience:
·Proven experience in a 1st role with good knowledge and experience of Windows and Mac's
·Good knowledge of Active Directory
·Clear & concise communications with an excellent telephone manner
·Confident, Ambitious and Pro-active

·Excellent Communication skills
·Adaptable with a flexible approach to work
·Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
·Strong prioritisation skills to meet internal deadlines

·Up to £30K basic
·Excellent Benefits Package
