JOB DESCRIPTION This role is an exciting opportunity for a energetic and enthusiastic candidate with 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing to grow in seniority within the business fast, and the ability to deliver real impact to the business. This role focuses on building up our digital marketing capabilities to support B2B client lead generation, primarily using content generated from the business (and marketing manager), micro-tools (infographics etc), email, search and web based tactics to acquire new clients for our Creative SaaS platform. Growth hackers welcome! You’ll love building and designing great content, distributing it and analysing the impact on our business from the point of building a complete marketing ‘growth stack’ for our business. We are not looking for a traditional marketeer with experience in events-led brand building or PR.

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE You will be expected to take the reins from day 1 and make this role your own. You will be involved in developing and delivering a full digital marketing strategy that will involve a combination of organic and paid marketing elements, namely: SEO and PPC, Social and Paid Display marketing, email outreach utilising automation. You will be responsible for the company’s content strategy, and must align it with your digital plan. Develop customer on-boarding (trial and purchase flow) plans, Customer retention/action (automated event based email notifications, etc) plans. This is a commercially minded role, with an important focus on two key areas: a) Client acquisition goals and platform sign-ups, as a result from digital marketing efforts, list above. b) Adludio brand awareness. Developing interest in Adludio and new leads from digital media agencies and advertising partners. You will also have the opportunity to work with the senior management of the company: the role reports to the Managing Director. You will be expected to collaborate regularly with the management team and shift focus where needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You will be an enthusiastic, creative Marketeer with passionate belief in the power of digital. You must be driven to learn and will also possess an interest in the MarTech industry. You are a resourceful and responsible professional, with high standards of performance. An excellent communicator, you are also extremely organised, a multi-tasker and you just get things done. You have: A good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Adwords & Search console Working understanding of SEO Experience with automated marketing platforms like Hubspot a bonus Social Marketing expert Experience of creating and designing content, building blogs and distribution methods Able to track and measure leads generated from both organic and paid marketing Ability to create and collaborate on a marketing ‘growth stack’, with multiple channels and tactics working in unison to drive new business leads. Experience setting strategic Marketing goals and delivering to target KPIs Very organised, and strong attention to detail Exceptional grasp of the English language, with tangible examples of engaging copy (ie. in published work, articles, blog posts, etc) Well versed in good design and a good ‘eye’ for visual presentations (photoshop and design based skills a bonus) Able to design infographics and other visual elements (videos, microtools etc) Motivated to learn and communicate about an innovation and technology Strong analytical ability, comfortable working knowledge of XLS Willingness to accept a growing level of responsibility Photoshop experience

NICE TO HAVE’S An understanding of the digital display advertising industry, particularly mobile advertising Growth hacker approach! Willingness to accept a growing level of responsibility Experience with digital product launches and acquisition Knowledge of B2B digital marketing strategies Understanding of agile product development method Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Analytics or equivalent
