Our client, one of the top integrated agencies in the North of England, has a reputation for executing highly successful B2B & B2C campaigns across numerous sectors on a UK and International basis. Due to a number of new account wins and a positive restructure of the master account plan, they are currently looking to appoint an Account Manager to their client services team.

This is an important role in the team and its focus is the development of excellent customer relationships whilst delivering exceptional customer service; ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget whilst identifying additional growth opportunities and achieving monthly forecasts with the wider client services team. You will also work with the Senior Account Managers, Account Directors & CSD to support the new business / pitch process as required (behind the scenes or part of the pitch team) and participate in the budget management of individual jobs from estimating to invoicing and monitoring time utilisation. This is a varied integrated role, including digital, press, TV, social etc, and you’ll work across a range of Consumer Healthcare and FMCG accounts.

Our client is looking for a talented integrated or digital agency client services professional that possesses a demonstrable 3+ year account handing or marketing track record in conjunction with a positive, can-do attitude and the desire to progress within a very successful and high profile agency. Both online and offline experience is beneficial as many of the accounts are fully integrated. There is some flexibility with this role and it would suit either an existing SAE / Account Manager or it could also be a SAM role (depending on experience).
