Our client has a requirement for a Team Administrator to join their business in Maidenhead.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Providing administrative support to a team.

* Manage database and keep information up to date.

* Generating weekly reports including billing reports.

* liaise with team members who are often off-site.

* Answer telephone calls and liaise with customers.

* General administration and ad hoc projects as required.

Skills / Experience

* 12 months experience in a similar role (must be office based)

* Good tttention to detail.

* Confident and able to work on own iniative.

* Fully conversant with Microsoft Office - IT literate.

* Ability to learn and understand technical products.

* Able to adapt to a process driven environment.

* Strong communication skills and a team player.

* Ability to follow through task to completion
