Our client is recruiting for an Account Manager to join their successful and established business. The main purpose of this role will be to create long term relationships with existing customers and to oversee a portfolio of small to medium sized clients ensuring repeat business. You will also be involved in assisting with growing sales and identify where the company can add value to the customer.

Responsibilities include:

* You will provide a point of contact to portfolio of clients across several industry sectors, providing pro-active account management in order to promote long-lasting client relationships.

* You will develop business with existing clients and close opportunities in a timely manner.

* You will resolve any client issues raised and ensure they are responded to in a timely and professional manner.

* You will identify opportunities to grow business, aid retention and add value.

* You will work in partnership with pre-sales to identify multi-technology solutions.

* You will be responsible for managing and updating the CRM database.

* You will be involved in supporting the sales team with large tenders as and when required.

Skills / Experience

* For this role we are looking for candidates with energy, enthusiasm and a desire to build a career in technology sales.

* Some experience in account management or new-business sales would be an advantage, however, enthusiasm and aptitude over track record will also be considered.

* Strong customer service skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
