SAP Finance Specialist

SAP BASIS Administrator

Working alongside and overseeing Twinings’ Application Managed Service Provider in the following areas:
o Management of all SAP Basis activities
o Maintain SAP components and technical integration of components, including maintenance and monitoring of interfaces
o OS and database administration including; monitoring, problem/incident management, patching and capacity management/housekeeping

Understand the full SAP landscape, including both hardware and software components, along with integration to non-SAP systems, and their dependencies and implications.

Oversee back-up and recovery procedures as well as providing audit support as required and managing Third Party SAP tools.
Provide cover for the SAP security and authorisations specialist, to administer SAP roles and user administration
About you:
Minimum 6 years hands on experience in SAP BASIS/NetWeaver with SAP BASIS Certification.
Proficient in DB2 database administration and AIX.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, curiosity and commercial drive

SAP Functional Specialist for Finance
Work closely with business customers including SAP Process Champions and Key Users, designing an optimal SAP solution for Twinings businesses.

Understand the full SAP capabilities and be in tune with SAP's latest developments a to drive innovation within the business.
Collaborate with business users, SAP support team members, and developers on requirement gathering, solution design, and creation of specifications

Configure solutions when applicable and oversee configuration design done within the functional area by AMS and project team partners.

Create, execute and oversee appropriate test cases, ensuring the integrity of the solution prior to user acceptance testing.

Communicate agreed solutions to our business and coordinate the implementation of the solution to the production environment. Update system documentation, review training documentation to ensure it is effective and up-to-date.

Facilitate the timely resolution of SAP incidents, acting as the bridge between the AMS partner and the business users.

About you:
Minimum of 6 years hands on experience in SAP functional analysis, design and configuration, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in FI/CO, and 2 years in SD.
Experience of delivering at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Experience of working in finance and accounting within a fast-paced international business in a commercial business partnering capacity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, curiosity and commercial drive
