The Enterprise Digital Industries team is looking for a highly organised and flexible Marketing Professional Trainer to join an innovative and outstanding team. You will be delivering and assessing on the Digital Marketing apprenticeship programmes levels 3 and the role will require travel in and around the local area, there may also be some course leadership responsibility. The successful candidate should have knowledge of general marketing principles and strategies and as well as the technical understanding of digital platforms and new technologies that can be used to achieve marketing objectives. A good range of I.T and digital skills are therefore required. Role Purpose To ensure the development and growth of apprenticeship standards in Digital Marketing. This role will encompass all aspects of planning and coordinating the apprenticeship standards from sign up to end point assessment. The vast majority of the workload will involve assessing in the work place but you will be required to plan and develop workshops and sessions on and off site that support learning opportunities to ensure learners achieve the standards in a timely way and employer needs are met. Duties •Establish and co-ordinate close liaison with employers and relevant associations. •Ensure all tracking and monitoring is completed regularly using online systems. •Ensure quality procedures are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with policies and procedures. •Ensure that appropriate work based tasks and activities are regularly set and assessed. •Provide timely and constructive feedback to activities and tasks that are set. •Deliver workshops associated with outcomes and ensure all planning and preparation is in line with college policy •Promote the apprenticeship standards to suitable employers and prospective partners. •Liaise with other assessors and staff that deliver or co-ordinate aspects of the apprenticeship standards. •To take full responsibility for the allocated caseload; ensuring the candidate receives the highest quality experience throughout their ‘learner journey’, Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required •Marketing and Digital Marketing Experience •Experience of developing/delivering Apprenticeships •Knowledge of Further Education and Skills Funding criteria. •Excellent I.T Skills Experience in teaching and learning would be advantageous, although industry experience will be considered for those with the ambition of becoming an outstanding Lecturer.
