We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with an entrepreneurial mind-set to work in an exciting start-up like environment. This is a great opportunity to work closely with our collaborative Digital team to shape and grow the brand’s presence in the Financial Services space. Responsibilities as our Digital Performance Marketing Manager include: - Analysing and tracking campaign performance, refining conversion rates and CPA on all campaigns - Ensuring key conversion paths are optimised for acquisition and lead generation - Reporting efficiently on campaign performance to hit performance KPIs - Using Analytics and your curiosity you will identify trends and opportunities - Adopting a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all performance marketing activities (A/B testing) - Managing content changes across websites with a view to optimise to improve conversion rate - Designing layout of web pages through our CMS and implement site features/site navigation - Driving optimisation, content production and changes to any related pages, online tools or application journeys - Building the website, testing and managing all web pages via a CMS system - Being responsible for the creation, approval and delivery of website content Skills and Experience required of our Digital Performance Marketing Manager: - An enthusiastic professional with the ability to balance big picture thinking with deep dive research and attention to detail - Due to the collaborative nature of the role, you will have to have strong communication and engagement skills Essential - Proven track record within marketing optimisation, data analysis and data reporting - Extensive experience in using analytics platforms and tools to be able to drive an innovative, forward-thinking approach to the role - Strong digital background/experience in delivering projects and continually optimising content and user experience - Commercially-minded with the ability to work towards metrics - Results-oriented, able to work independently and prioritise in a fast-paced environment - Extensive experience creating compelling digital content for various audiences - Intermediate/advanced CMS skills and automated email campaign creation skills - Basic HTML knowledge would be advantageous - An understanding of SEO and content marketing principles - Good awareness of web best practice and innovation, and ability to explain and champion best practice.
