Job overview / purpose:
This is a great opportunity to earn money while you learn in a government-funded apprenticeship, which is suitable for a recent School or College leaver.
The successful candidate will receive IT and application training, whilst working in a professional office.
We are looking to recruit a 1st line Service Desk Apprentice for our growing company.
We are looking for a hardworking, organised individual who is flexible and willing to learn.
We are looking for someone with a personal interest in IT/Technology along with the drive for self-improvement. This is critical in any candidate looking to apply for this role.
You will be required to work full time with immediate start.
The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours!
Main responsibilities: [will include but not be limited do]Provide 1st line technical support wherever possible To respond/log and undertake a fix wherever possible on incoming calls received from the customer Troubleshooting/resolving customer problems General office/admin support Resolve general issues including password resets Performing backups Will also involve some server/domain controller responsibility

Desired qualification requirements:
3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above.
