Planner/ Senior Planner - London Multidisciplinary Consultancy
I am looking for chartered planners, who would be interested in interviewing for a planner/senior planner position in a global property consultancy's London office. You would be working on major development projects in London and the South East for a variety of clients - from house builders to housing associations, FTSE 100 companies, schools and universities. Specialisms of the team include: Residential; Education; Hotels; Affordable Housing; Estate regeneration; Heritage to name a few. You'd be based in their central London office working with established, well-connected directors on a variety of residential/mixed-use projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work within multidisciplinary teams, seeing the whole development picture. The ideal candidate would have a masters in Town Planning (RTPI acredited) and would have gained around 2-4 years professional planning experience either in the private sector or in a local authority (DM experience essential). This consultancy is forward thinking and places a lot of emphasis on work-life balance. They'd be happy with you working from home when you needed to, and flexible working hours are accepted (for when you want to avoid the rush-hour commute!) They're not "hard-nosed" and have a supportive, sociable culture. You'd be working for a globally recognised brand, be supported with your professional development and be able to build industry contacts that will last the rest of your career - this is a great opportunity for an ambitious planner who wants to start making a name for themselves in the Planning and Development world. To find out more, call on 020 7766 9065 / 07875 972 560 or submit your C.V. to apply. This is just one of the roles I'm working on at the moment - I'd be happy to chat about your experience and what you're looking for to see if I have anything on my books that might be right for your next move.
