In this position you will be responsible for coordinating our IT Risk management activities. Job Purpose You will work closely with our GTS Leadership Team and engage with global stakeholders to manage requests coming through from our internal and external audit teams. Key Accountabilities Work closely with the leadership team to review and refine risk and audit controls, help ensure all controls are assigned owners to establish accountability Work closely with our Quality Assurance Team to ensure processes are compliant and efficient Support the GTS Leadership Team to analyse data Ensure that records required for external review are stored efficiently and that risk scenarios are identified and evaluated Liaise with Internal Client and external Audit answering questions and providing evidence Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries Work closely with our MI Specialist to develop reports and analysis of data Participate in transition activities to bring pro-active risk management focus into solutions Skills & Experience Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills Good analytical mindset with the ability to problem solve Ability to manage own workload with multiple tasks simultaneously and to achieve personal work objectives Specific Key Benefits of the Role Computershare offers all employees 25 days holiday, an excellent pension scheme, shareholder incentive plan (buy one get one free on all shares purchased), subsidised gym membership and a flexible employee benefits scheme (including the option to buy additional annual leave).
