Digital Campaign Manager
Denholm is working exclusively with a very well established financial services organisation in Glasgow who is looking to recruit a Digital Campaign Manager to join their growing business. You will manage online campaigns, analysing performance, managing launches and contributing to the online marketing development programme. Particular emphasis on controlling, monitoring and adapting online media, the website and content marketing. This role involves advising the Marketing Manager on the development and execution of cohesive promotional strategies to support the marketing plans. Working with in-house creative and agencies, you will manage the development of online campaigns that deliver results. Key responsibilities: Digital campaign management including development of e-marketing campaigns, objectives, targets, budgets and results metrics on areas such as social media, e-mail marketing, SEO, PPC, content and affiliate marketing. Work closely with Marketing Manager to drive profitable customer recruitment through digital campaigns, site optimisation and refinement. Advise the Marketing Manager on the development and execution of cohesive promotional strategies and new digital initiatives to support our marketing plans. Ensure product and content listings are updated by liaising with other departments, digital agencies and the internal Digital Consultant. Develop business cases for new digital initiatives. Develop and enhance customers’ online experience and develop new ways to improve it. Develop a solid working relationship and effectively manage digital agencies. Contribute to the department by following internal and external procedures to set up campaign activity, producing email data extracts, updating the CMS, campaign development and reporting on MI. Generate and execute ideas, promotions and tools to engage with the social community. These may include using social media listening tools, content development, conversation management and analytics. Oversee the supervision of a Digital Consultant. Working with our web and digital agencies and the Marketing Manager you will help to develop online campaigns that deliver results. Skills required: Sound numerical skills: statistics experience an advantage Excel (preferably at advanced level) skills essential. Experience of content management, analytics, digital marketing and internet technologies a distinct advantage Digital campaign management experience. Working knowledge of the social media universe including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, review sites including Google, LinkedIn, Flickr, Forums, Wikis and blogs. Understanding of developing online brands using Search Marketing (Paid & Organic), Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and Link Building. Excellent writing skills from a business and marketing communication perspective. A financial services background is essential.
