Lead Analyst/ Business Change Manager
We're delighted to be working with our client as they expand their technology team and have a genuinely unique opportunity for an experience Analyst to join their business in a key role. The successful candidate wil be responsible for overseeing the enhancement and improvements to a core system utilised by back office functions for a wide and varied range of operational tasks. You would be the lead individual in working with stakeholders across the business to implement any new changes required, to simplify and consolidate the current systems offerings (including mapping out the current processes and working out the new set up). Additionally you would be comfortable liaising with the technical configuration team to oversee the relevant changes and ensure they are fit for purpose. This role could suit a senior Business Analyst, a Change Manager or even a Project manager. The main skills required being stakeholder engagement, previous experience delivering multiple small level systems change and a strong IT background to allow you to work with our clients system effectively. Candidates must demonstrate the following experience: Extensive analysis/ project delivery skills including requirements elicitation/ process mapping Experience across a wide range of stakeholders = we are not looking for individuals with experience in one specialism Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - across both business and technology Previous experience working to deliver systems changes Any experience of case management systems would be advantageous Please respond with your CV in the first instance to be considered for this role, and we will be delighted to have a further discussion with you.
