IT Service desk Analyst required to join an established and highly successful Professional Services Company in Glasgow City Centre on a 12-month fixed term contract. The client is a Multinational Organisation who provide advice to a number of companies and institutions globally. You will be joining a fast-paced Service Desk where you will be providing first and second line support to a busy global user base. You will be responsible for the timely first and second line desktop, mobile and application support for all internal users to ensure the client has the minimum amount of downtime and disruption. As the Client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst, experience providing support in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial. You will have the ability to provide support across all levels of management while ensuring you maintain an excellent level of customer service. This role would be suited to a candidate with strong working knowledge of Windows Desktops, Office suite and Mobile Device Management experience: including Blackberry. The role is an evening shift and the rota will be between 12 noon to 12 midnight, Mon-Fri. Key Skills and Experience ** Provide 1st & 2nd level support of all incidents and service requests ** Microsoft Office XP/WIN7/2003 and 2010 - Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint ** Knowledge of Document Management Systems would be beneficial ** CRM application knowledge: Ideally Interaction ** Active Directory Administration ** Email Archiving Solutions: Ideally K Vault ** Installation/moves of hardware such as printers, digital senders, MFD's (multi-function devices), PC's and all peripheral items ** Mobile device management ideally Blackberry This will be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their skills and progress their career within a busy technical environment.
