A smart intercom with a SaaS based application that allows you to open doors remotely. Their tech allows you to share virtual keys with anybody in your organisation and removes the need for physical keys. Having launched their product earlier in the year and secured a £1.2m seed investment, they are looking for a new business sales person who is comfortable working at 100mph. JOB TITLE: Head of Sales (new business)
LOCATION: London
PACKAGE: £60k basic, £120k OTE, 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare.

COMPANY INFORMATION

Having received seed investment, our client launched earlier this year. The next step in their growth plans is to hire a new business sales exec to take them to the next level.
Their smart intercom allows businesses to manage their access remotely via desktop or phone.
With 16 people in the business currently, you will be joining at a critical time with a real opportunity to do well off the back of a stock plan for top performers and key employees.
Trendy co-working offices in the heart of London.

KEY EXPERIENCE

Up and coming, hungry, proven new business sales exp.
Any experience with SaaS based technologies would be ideal.
B2B sales is a must have.
Any experience around property management or the PropTech space would be ideal but by no means mandatory.

ROLE INFORMATION

New business sales role selling a disruptive smart access control system.
Initially starting off in a new business capacity progressing in to building out a team.
Targeting property managers/facilities managers.
Average order sizes circa £1k per unit (10-100 units per deal).
Leads generated through marketing, in-bound and industry events.
