We're looking for Growth Executives to join our small but quickly growing team!

If you're aspiring to be an entrepreneur and don't have the patience for slow learning and development in a corporate job - you're in the right place.

*What's the job?*

- you'll be in charge of one or more of our six key verticals (e.g. business, home services, weddings, events, learning and health) - a keen interest or previous experience in one of those would be ideal!

- you'll be reporting to and working directly with the CEO.

- you'll also be closely working with our acquisitions and tech team to input in product development and to execute on acquisition strategies

*What's the day-to-day?*

- manage and execute on provider acquisition for your vertical across several channels (e.g. email, social, referrals, PR, phone calls)

- manage and optimise your vertical's content on the site

- create provider engagement through social media or forums

- build and execute on the operational process behind your vertical

*What's your targets?*

You have a wide variety of responsibilities so naturally, there are quite a few targets to contend with :) Here are few examples:

- Provider acquisition cost

- Conversion rates from email campaigns

- Time from sign up to profile activation

- Number of engagements on social media

*Important information*

We are a brand new startup and this role will develop with the company. If you're looking for something with fixed yearly goals, this is not the right thing for you.

You would be part of the very early team, so this will be just as hard as it will be rewarding. You might have to work on some weekends and sometimes you might have to stay late.

Saying that, you'll also have the chance to build something truly amazing and have an incredibly impact on it, so we think that's very exciting! :)

*The ideal candidate is*

- excited about getting other people sold on an idea - it's hard to say "no" to you!

- driven by metrics and numbers

- smart with words and happy to write content for the site

- fast at reacting to problems and working on a solution for them

- wants to have impact on the company they work for

*What is Twigdoo?*

We are a new and fully funded startup on a mission to build a new kind of local services marketplace.

We believe that marketplace are difficult because you have to carefully balance and expensively acquire both the supply and demand side. The result: because you can't provide value to one side without the other, you usually don't provide any.

Local service providers have always struggled to efficiently find new clients online and customers have always wondered how to get in touch with those amazing builders, accountants, photographers etc. that seem so hard to find when you need them.

We want to change that.

We are small but growing team with a cute office dog based just behind Spitalfields market so lunch options are among the best in the city!

We are backed by some of the UK’s most successful and influential entrepreneurs and angel investors who have founded and funded companies like LoveFilm, SecretEscapes, Zoopla, Graze, Tails, Fletcher Research and many more. The collective support of a group like this is something truly rare in the world of startups and we offer you to be a part of it.
