*FULL JOB DESCRIPTION*

_What’s the role all about?_

You’ll be a key member of the marketing team, assisting the Marketing Manager, Campaign Manager and the CEO with the day-to-day creation and implementation of internal marketing strategy and brand campaigns. Each fast-paced day at Student Hut will come with new challenges, and you’ll need to adapt quickly and tackle anything we throw at you!

_What are the key responsibilities of this role?_

* Developing and managing our university and teacher outreach strategy
* Working alongside our SEO Manager to developing our PR strategy
* Managing a team of student content contributors
* Creating copy for offer blocks on the website
* Writing articles for the Student Hut blog, from useful student guides to viral listicles
* Updating and maintaining the jobs section on the website
* Creating copy for emails to go to our student audience
* Creating copy for client campaigns
* Managing and implementing campaigns with trackable results
* Help with creating and maintaining our content strategy
* Data entry and analysis and general day-to-day administration
* Help create copy for internal marketing collateral

_What does the perfect candidate look like?_

We are looking for ambitious, confident and driven individuals full of ideas and bags of enthusiasm. You will be expected to work proactively to drive Student Hut forward and do everything you can to ‘muck in’ and help the team. It is essential that you are a thorough worker with excellent attention to detail and top-notch writing skills.

_What skills and experience are required?_

* Excellent verbal and written communication and English skills
* A 2:1 degree in any discipline
* A high level of precision and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills

_What skills and experience are preferred?_

* Previous writing/marketing/editing experience as an intern, for a university newspaper, TV or radio station, or in a voluntary capacity
* Experience working in an office environment
