ROLI is looking for an experienced, motivated, and thoughtful Internal Recruiter to join our Talent Team to help us continue to grow our global multidisciplinary team.
As a core member of our friendly and effective Talent Team, you will focus on direct sourcing our open and upcoming technical and non-technical positions, building talent pools that convert conversations into excellent candidate, brand and ultimately team member experiences. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Team on a wide range of the Talent Function including sourcing, role owner partnerships, employer branding, reporting, process improvements and more.

The Talent Team consists of our Head of Talent, Talent Manager and Talent Administrator. As a team, we believe in offering a superb candidate experience for everyone that takes part in our hiring process, whether that ends at the application stage or on their first day with us. What you’ll do:

Develop, optimise and implement innovative methods to attract and source top talent, building and maintaining passive and active talent pools for a range of technical and non-technical roles across the business
Partner with key stakeholders and departments to understand their strategic direction and create appropriate short, medium and long term sourcing strategies to support this vision
Craft thoughtful, informative and tailored approaches to prospective candidates
Conduct phone screenings of prospective candidates sourced ahead of entering them into the hiring process
Ensure every conversation with a prospective candidate delivers a strong candidate and brand experience
Collaborate closely with the entire Talent Team on providing superb candidate and role owner experiences
Continuously develop a network of talent and industry contacts via direct sourcing as well as attend relevant meetups and industry events
Be an ambassador for the Talent Team, both internally and externally, promoting ROLI as a leading employer
Utilise sourcing and recruitment data to inform sourcing strategies and decision making
Be responsible and accountable for the accuracy of any prospective and sourced candidate data in our CRM and Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)

What you’ll need:

Proven experience and success hiring across a range of roles in a startup or fast-paced technology driven organisation
A balanced approach when screening and assessing the chemistry of a candidate’s fit for a position and their motivation alongside selling an opportunity
Working knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Greenhouse), social media and candidate platforms and hiring process workflows
An adept understanding of the current UK tech talent market
Resilience and the ability to manage competing demands, multiple searches, changing priorities and challenging deadlines with speed
Fantastic organisation skills with a methodical approach alongside a flexible attitude
An interest in sharing and receiving knowledge and feedback to grow the collective understanding and skill set of the Talent Team
An inquisitive mind and demonstrable examples of implementing proactive solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
A passion for music, technology, the arts and/or startups

Bonus points:

Experience as an in-house Recruiter
Proficiency in Google Suite and Apple computers
Experience recruiting at a high-growth, VC backed startup
