We’re looking to hire a phenomenal Content Creator to work with us on Earthmiles’ exciting mission! At Earthmiles, we’re helping people be healthier and happier – and have some fun on the way. Earthmiles app uses gamification-based behaviour modification tools to incentivise healthier living. We are a 9-member team of passionate and high energy people who want to make a real difference.

If you’re looking to work in a creative and driven team, being involved in something with massive social impact, this is the place for you. If you have a passion for health & fitness, you will identify with our mission even more.

As our Content Creator, you will be responsible for a lot of the content that appears within our two mobile platforms - Earthmiles and Earthmiles@Work. Your content will also be distributed across our other channels such as our website's blog, our company's LinkedIn page and client newsletters.

The blog pieces would be well-researched, unbiased articles covering a variety of cutting edge topics relating to various aspects of health & wellbeing. You will use your keen intuition and tendency to find the "right word" to create informative, educational but enjoyable pieces of content in various formats.

We can also create a secondary opportunity for you to collaborate with our business development team, sales team, or client launch events team to have another aspect to your role and develop your skills more broadly.

There is a lot of potential for flexibility and independence in the role to be a driven, self-starting entrepreneurial person. However you will have structured guidance and a lot of input from the senior team. If you can work very hard and take a lot of responsibility, we will encourage you to run with things independently. At Earthmiles we don’t believe in micromanaging, but in each person pulling their own weight. We aim to provide an environment that fosters your personal development and a competitive salary commensurate with your experience and skills.

An ability to do grounds-up research to put together content on a variety of topics (e.g. sleep, nutrient deficiency, etc) from trusted (cited) resources
An enthusiasm for hard work and building something amazing (“mission-driven”)
A passion for people, health and wellbeing, and making a difference

An eye for design aesthetics, and some basic skills in putting together digital content using Adobe Photoshop or other clients would be a bonus

Experience in use of MailChimp-style email clients, etc. would be an added bonus
Love for health, fitness, and wellbeing, and a deep interest in these topics
