*Description*

Ravelin is pioneering the use of machine learning in the prevention of e-commerce fraud, and has been very successful in the four years we have been in operation.

We are looking for a core member to join our integration engineering team, to help lead clients through the integration process, so that they are able to extract the best possible performance from Ravelin.

Well supported by our internal data engineering, machine learning and fraud analysis teams, your team is the glue that connects Ravelin with our clients.

*Requirements*
The knowledge and skills required to succeed in this role include the following:

* Proven ability to run an end-to-end integration process
* Customer relationship and communication skills
* Strong documentation skills
* Self motivated and self managed, with high dependability
* Experience of interacting with RESTful APIs
* Data analysis, especially BigQuery/SQL, with the ability to clearly communicate the results
* General understanding of web and server technologies, including HTTP and JSON
* General understanding of web payment flows and the parties involved (gateways, 3DS)
* Scripting skills (Bash, Python)

*Responsibilities*
* Understand the client's payment flow, and work with various teams to make integration decisions that will lead to the best performance for the client
* Proactively carry out regular data quality checks and data wrangling throughout the integration process
* Working directly with client engineering teams to assist with support issues or queries regarding any aspect of our service - these can range from data analysis requests, to queries regarding general fraud trends
* Build a deep understanding of Ravelin's products and systems
* Be a problem solver - getting a client integration across the line often requires getting two very different systems to work with each other
* Stay ahead in client communications to manage expectations
* Be the bridge between clients and other internal engineering and technical teams
