*About the Role*
We are searching for a highly ambitious self-starting individual with a proven record of successfully leading marketing campaigns for digital platforms. You will be managing the strategic direction of our marketing channels and digital marketing freelancer and editorial team. Plus, you’ll be working closely with our Brand and Creative teams to manage the planning and execution of marketing channels (primarily, social, paid marketing and some offline initiatives such as direct marketing). The right candidate must have strong analytical skills and be able to communicate projects and outcomes clearly to all areas of the business. There will be a lot of autonomy and scope for implementing your own ideas so creativity and enthusiasm is a must. We are a fast-paced company that is growing quickly and are looking for a driven, and organized individual to build this role into a VP marketing role with supporting team.

*What you’ll do:*
* Develop the quarterly and annual marketing plan and calendar, OKRs and budgets
* Manage editorial, performance marketing and creative internal resources.
* Organise, implement and analyse all of our marketing campaigns across Social, Paid (Facebook, Adwords) and
Editorial (Newsletter, Blog)
* Introduce new marketing initiatives across these channels while testing new channels including direct marketing
* Prepare regular reporting of marketing channels to all stakeholders within the business
* Introduce formalised A/B testing for our Newsletters
* Other General Office support for the business

*What we’re looking for:*
* 3-4 years experience working in marketing, with exposure to digital channels. Experience working with luxury lifestyle brand preferred.
* Highly organised and motivated.
* Able to plan, manage and analyse everything they do whist overseeing the plans of direct reports.
* Experience with HTML and Newsletter templates.
* Experience managing projects to a timeline and within a budget.
* Competent with Google Analytics, experience with SQL and Google Ad Platforms a plus.
* Totally comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Someone friendly and collaborative.
* A creative thinker that loves the opportunity to push through their own great ideas and driven to get stuff done.
* University degree.
